General Park Safety Policies

  • Follow Staff Instructions at all times. Lifeguards, ride operators, and safety personnel have full authority to enforce rules.
  • No running, pushing, or horseplay anywhere in the park, especially near pools or ride queues.
  • Proper attire is required:
    • Swimwear in water attractions
    • Close-toed shoes for dry rides
  • Alcohol, drugs, or being under the influence is strictly prohibited. Guests showing signs of impairment may be removed from the park.
  • Report injuries or unsafe behavior immediately to any staff member.
  • No outside glass containers, knives, or dangerous objects.
  • Supervise children at all times. Adults/guardians are responsible for minors.

Health & Medical Safety Policies

  • Guests with heart conditions, back/neck problems, pregnancy, or recent surgeries should not ride high-intensity attractions.
  • Secure medical devices (insulin pumps, hearing aids, etc.) before entering rides; check attraction-specific requirements.
  • Stay hydrated—heat and sun exposure can cause dizziness or fatigue.
  • Use sunscreen and reapply frequently. Sunburn increases risk of overheating and dehydration.
  • Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or casts may be restricted from water attractions.

  • Lifeguards must be obeyed at all times.
  • No diving unless explicitly marked as a diving area.

  • Weak or non-swimmers must stay in shallow zones or wear a Coast-Guard-approved life vest.
  • Life jackets for children under 48 inches (122 cm) are strongly recommended.

Water Slide & Water Ride Rules

  • Observe height, weight, and health restrictions posted at each attraction.
  • One rider at a time unless the ride allows multi-person tubes.
  • Feet-first, face-up position only unless otherwise stated.
  • Wait for lifeguard/attendant signal before entering the slide.
  • Keep hands, arms, and legs inside the slide at all times.
  • Exit splash pool immediately after sliding.
  • No goggles, loose jewelry, hats, or unsecured items on slides.

Roller Coaster & Thrill Ride Safety Policies

Queue & Boarding Rules

  • Handbags, phones, hats, and loose items must be secured in lockers before boarding.
  • Stay behind safety gates until instructed to board.
  • Follow height & safety restrictions posted for every ride.
  • Seat belts, lap bars, shoulder restraints must be securely fastened by staff.

During the Ride

  • Remain seated at all times until the ride fully stops.
  • Keep hands, legs, and head inside the ride vehicle.
  • No filming, selfies, or holding objects while riding.
  • No standing, rocking, or attempting to exit the ride before it stops.

After the Ride

  • Exit only through designated pathways.
  • Do not re-enter restricted areas to retrieve lost items—ask staff for help.

Adventure & High-Activity Zone Policies

  • Safety harnesses and helmets must be worn as directed.
  • Follow weight and height guidelines—they protect both guests and equipment.
  • No running or jumping on platforms or equipment.
  • Listen to instructors during safety briefings.
  • Do not participate if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Emergency & Evacuation Policies

  • At the sound of emergency alarms, follow park staff to the nearest safe zone.
  • Do not attempt to retrieve personal belongings during an evacuation.
  • Lifeguards and safety personnel will direct guests—remain calm and comply quickly.
  • Severe weather (lightning, high winds) will cause temporary ride closures for safety.

Guest Conduct & Behavior Policies

  • Respect other guests and employees—no harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior.
  • Inappropriate language, vandalism, or fighting may result in removal without refund.
  • Proper swimwear and clothing required; no offensive prints or overly revealing outfits.

Lost & Found / Personal Belongings

  • The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Use lockers for valuables. (Locks can be purchase during purchasing your tickets or at the park at anytimes)
  • Lost items near rides must be retrieved by authorized staff only.
